  • We begin with a focused introduction to the ReWilding approach—a 30-minute session grounded in the science of nature, the arts, and mind-body practices.

    This session reframes wellbeing from something we know into something we can actively practice, creating a shared foundation for what comes next.

  • Each team member participates in a one-on-one guided conversation to clarify what they need most right now—whether that’s restoring energy, reducing stress, or creating space for creativity and focus.

    From this, we develop a personalized wellness plan designed to be practical, relevant, and achievable within their real daily life.

  • We reconnect with each participant soon after their initial session to support implementation. Together, we refine what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and help translate intention into consistent practice.
